Meet Fundi, the new Beverageintelligence AI Tutor

Rolling out in September 2025 to Level 1,2 and 3 learners, and to our customers on their Beverageintelligence list management portal.

At Under the Influence we've continuously evolved our Beverageintelligence training program to ensure it meets the dynamic needs of our learners and the hospitality industry. While our foundational beliefs in building staff confidence and skills, fostering unique cultures, and enhancing communication remain strong, we're thrilled to introduce a groundbreaking addition that takes learning to the next level: Fundi, our new AI Tutor. Fundi is trained on all of our courses, notes, winemaker stories, and thousands of hours of content and podcasts. In addition we have dived deeply into all of our brand partners knowledge bases, to create a truly African hospitality and wine focused tutor.

Learning, as we fundamentally believe, is an ongoing journey, not a series of isolated interventions. Our traditional approach, blending face-to-face sessions with our comprehensive online university modules, has always aimed to facilitate continuous growth.
