Access our new E-learning platform, which enables story telling and the art of suggestion around beverages to your Guests. This along with our coaching tools gives your team the ability to deliver a powerful Guest experience.

Classroom
We have 11 years of experience conducting live training in over 400 properties across Africa. Our foundational courses were in Wine, Bar and Service, and we have now developed new courses to support Management and Guides. Live training teaches skills and confidence, and is supported by our Coaching and E-learning tools.
Coaching
We always say to our customers who embark on our learning program that "you can't become a professional footballer by just reading about football, you have to practice!" This is where our coaching tools come in, which include Game of Wines and Game of Service. We help Management teams implement ongoing coaching and a culture of learning.
E-learning
Access our new E-learning platform, which enables story telling and the art of suggestion around beverages to your Guests. Our Masterclasses are designed to inspire and teach through learning from the Masters. This along with our Wine101 and Bar101 courses provide the ultimate foundation in drinks and hospitality.
