Classroom
We have 18 years of experience conducting live training in over 600 properties across Africa. Our foundational courses were in Wine, Bar and Service, and we have now developed new courses to support Management and Guides. Live training teaches skills and confidence, and is supported by our Coaching and E-learning tools.
Coaching
We always say to our customers who embark on our learning program that "you can't become a professional footballer by just reading about football, you have to practice!" This is where our coaching tools come in.
We have developed a tailored Coach for each property, called Fundi, which uses Story telling and your Food menus to drive practical coaching games.
Service and Drinks University
Access our Beverageintelligence University, which enables story telling and the art of suggestion around beverages to your Guests. Our learning journey spans three levels, from junior Waiter/Bartender to junior Sommelier.
