How we choose our drinks brands at Under the Influence

At the launch of the Hilton Wild Spirit Wine list at Klein Constantia, Allister Kreft the CEO of Under the Influence takes us through how Under the Influence views and chooses brands to partner with in Africa. The major pillars that they focus on are based on the 4C concept, pioneered by Jochen Zeitz, and include conservation, community, culture (terroir) and commerce (sustainable business). We identify with brands that have unique stories to tell, often from family-owned vineyards, brewers and distilleries, all with a focus on quality. More here:
